#1LP - Shape Up Backwards! Preschool Lesson Plan

Skill goals consist of backward movements. Your students will be identifying shapes throughout the gym and will learn to make proper body shapes. Understanding body shapes helps develop the kinesthetic awareness of what a skill should feel like. We will continue working on all our core gymnastics skills... just backwards! We may be moving backwards - but it's ALL about moving forward in our gymnastics life!  Muscle focus: Abs.
