"Deep FREEZE" is the theme of this lesson plan! Most children understand when something is frozen meaning it is stiff and doesn't move. Our goal is to understand the tight hollow body and use it throughout the gym. We will be swinging on the bars, doing handstands on the floor, and straddles on the trampoline. This will engage their core muscles and help to perfect their skills. Muscles focus: Abs.
